The REACH Act took effect on Jun. 1st, which aims to implement further protection for human being’s health and the environment with respect to the handling of chemicals.
SSC supports REACH’s objective and is energetically coordinating the necessary data and information for pre-registration and registration. By carefully recording how many and which of our substances are subject to the REACH regulations, SSC is actively preparing for pre-registration as a first step. Besides, SSC has intensified its communication with suppliers and customers in order to meet the new legislative requirements in a timely, efficient, and flexible manner. |
